Wexford Capital LP ("Wexford") has delegated investment discretion to certain third-party sub-advisors (collectively, the Sub-Advisors") over certain Section 13(f) securities set forth herein that are designated as "SHARED-OTHER" (collectively, the "Shared Positions").
