BEP Diamond Topco L.P. is no longer subject to Section 16 filing requirements. Form 4 or Form 5 obligations may continue.
As a result of an increase in the outstanding Common Stock in connection with the closing of the merger between the Issuer and NexTier Oilfield Solutions, Inc. as previously disclosed in the Current Report on Form 8-K filed by the Issuer with the SEC on September 1, 2023, the Reporting Persons' beneficial ownership decreased to less than 10% of the outstanding Common Stock and, accordingly, such Reporting Persons ceased being subject to Section 16. Due to the limitations of the electronic filing system, certain Reporting Persons are filing a separate Form 4.
