Peter A. Smith is no longer subject to Section 16 filing requirements. Form 4 or Form 5 obligations may continue.
The reporting person no longer serves as TPG RE Finance Trust, Inc.'s Chief Investment Officer and Vice President effective December 15, 2023. As a result, the reporting person is no longer subject to Section 16 in connection with his transactions of equity securities of TPE RE Finance Trust, Inc. and therefore will no longer report any such transaction on Form 4 or Form 5. (1) Matthew Coleman is signing on behalf of Mr. Smith pursuant to the power of attorney dated July 5, 2017, which was previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
