The amount of 38,752 in Table I reflects the aggregate amount of common stock held by Sean Stiefel. The amount of 498,811 in Table I reflects the aggregate amount of common stock held by the Fund.

Remarks:

This "Exit" Form 4 is voluntarily filed to report that the Reporting Person is no longer serving as a member of the board of directors of the Issuer, effective as of June 27, 2022, as the Reporting Person did not stand for re-election, and therefore is no longer subject to Section 16 reporting.
