At the time of the acquisition of the 250 RVMTP Shares reported as acquired in Table I, PFC's holdings of 250 variable rate munifund term preferred shares, series 2022 were redesignated as series 2051-A RVMTP Shares. Such that, at the time of this filing PFC holds 250 remarketable variable rate munifund term preferred shares, series 2049-A, 250 remarketable variable rate munifund term preferred shares, series 2050-A, and 500 remarketable variable rate munifund term preferred shares, series 2051-A, issued by the Issuer. PFC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation. |
