This Form 4 is filed to amend the Form 4 filed by the Reporting Person on January 4, 2023 (the "Original Form 4"). The Original Form 4 is hereby amended to reflect that the Reporting Person should have received options to purchase 515,127 shares of the Issuer's common stock as there were only 515,127 shares of the Issuer's common stock available for issuance under the Issuer's 2019 Stock Incentive Plan on the date of grant.
