F1 Each restricted stock unit ("RSU") represents a contingent right to receive one share of Post Holdings, Inc. common stock. The RSUs were granted under the Post Holdings, Inc. 2021 Long-Term Incentive Plan (the "2021 LTIP") in a transaction exempt under Rule 16b-3 and vest in equal annual increments over three years.
F2 Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive on share of Post's common stock. The RSUs were granted on November 16, 2021 under the 2021 LTIP in a transaction exempt under Rule 16b-3.
F3 Represents an adjustment to the outstanding restricted stock units to reflect the impact of the spin-off of BellRing Brands, Inc. by Post Holdings, Inc. which closed on March 10, 2022.
