F1 On January 8, 2021, the reporting person filed a Form 4 which inadvertently understated the number of shares sold indirectly by the Robert Lisy Family Revocable Living Trust ("Lisy Trust"), of which the reporting person is trustee, by 1,100 shares. Additionally, on August 19, 2021, the reporting person filed a Form 4 which reported that an aggregate of 100,000 shares were sold directly by the reporting person when in fact the reporting person gifted 76,503 shares to the Lisy Trust, after which the Lisy Trust sold such 100,000 shares, inclusive of such 76,503 gifted shares. This Form 4 corrects the total amount of securities beneficially owned directly and indirectly by the reporting person in Column 5.
